NY Update

Hey everyone, I swear I don't understand East Coast weather. Its sunny and humid one day and all of a sudden there's thunderstorms. It really makes me appreciate California Weather.

Anyway, it's been fun out here and it looks like I'll be here for a little bit more before I head back. I finished my illustration I previously posted. Enjoy!

NY Update

Hey everyone!
I took a quick trip back home (LA) to celebrate my niece's 2nd birthday! She's so beautiful (and that's not me being biased at all!... Seriously, she is one beautiful little girl!), but I'm back out here and the weather has been a bit better [less humid]. I have realized something:

I am not a runner. Not because I don't have a passion to run, but because I don't have the ankels to run. I think throughout the years I've rolled my ankles while playing basketball/soccer/football/running/cage fighting/bear wrestling/etc. that the cartilage in my ankle finally said "Screw you, I'm done"

Maybe I need to take up a low impact exercise from now on...

New York Update 2

Hey guys!

It's been fun out here. I've been hanging out at the local coffee shops getting some work done. Here's one of the thing I've been working on. This was a sketch for a mural for a potential client that didn't happen. But I liked the sketch so much that I thought it would be fun to finish the piece. Here's what I got so far.

Tonight the girlfriend and I are going to watch The Book Of Mormon on Broadway! Can't wait! This is my first Broadway show, so why not do the show I wanted to see the most?!?!

NY Update

Hey guys I'm out here in the Big Apple living it up!

Well actually I've been at home working on lesson plans and sorts. But I'm finally updating, so I consider that a moral victory!

It is quite humid here. I've been trying to run out here and it's been somewhat successful. It definitely is not the dry Socal weather I'm used to, but oh well. That's life. We saw a dude that looked like Snoop Dogg walkin in central park with a lady. My girlfriend and i were staring right at him as we walked away. I swear he really looked like Snoop D-O- Double G. I don't think it was him though.
